Pierre LeMoyne (Sieur d'Iberville) Stands in front of what remains of the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce. Pierre is one of the two French - Canadian soldier/explorers that discovered the Biloxi area, on thier trip to discover the southern entrance to the Mississippi River.
